Company history
Betty's cake was founded in 2013.
It all began with the idea of creating an alternative to imported desserts, which at the time held the main share of the Russian market. By setting up production in Russia, we planned to reduce the cost to restaurants and cafés of supplying desserts from abroad without losing quality and taste.
We invited 20 technologists to work on the recipes and made about 100 cheesecake samples.
For 8 years, we have been delivering desserts all over Russia and abroad. For the last 2 years, we have been actively cooperating with supermarkets and convenience stores, launching new formats and flavours.
The uniqueness of our desserts
From the company's inception until today, all recipes are created personally by the company's co-founder, from the idea for a new flavour to the development and approval of the finished product.
Shock freezing technology retains the structure and taste of desserts for 12 months.
Cheese and cream are used without any milk fat substitutes.
New flavours are regularly added to the range.

«We managed to compensate for the halt in sales in the restaurant segment by increasing deliveries to retail, so overall our turnover in the second quarter did not decrease compared to the first quarter, but on the contrary, it increased. We are actively working on the development of the company, and we have already reached the figures for the whole of 2019 at the end of summer,» shares Elena Biryukova.
Anton Flinta says, «The original team was just my wife, who had experience in the restaurant business as an employee, and me. On the other hand, I had entrepreneurial experience, but in a completely different field. My wife «introduced» me to cheesecake, which was very impressive in its taste.
We decided to move towards supermarkets. Before the pandemic, distributors already had our mini-desserts on sale. The quarantine brought up the idea of making popular cheesecake flavours in formats suitable for the average shopper.
